Mineflat Stitchweld (S/W)

Mineflat Stitchweld (S/W) is a new ventilation ducting product to WA.

Mineflat is already used extensively in the mining industry in the eastern states.

Construction

Mineflat stitch/weld is constructed with a polyethylene woven fabric. The weld basically eliminates air loss, which enhances efficiency by minimising power requirements and improved output. The stitching gives added strength to the weld joint giving double indemnity against any possible joint separation.

Available in standard diameters 600mm to 1400mm in 5m, 10m, 15m and 20m lengths.

Fittings also available – T-pieces, Y-pieces, Branches, Reducers etc in standard 5m length.

Mineflat Twin Ducting

Mineflat Twin Ducting is constructed with a polyethylene woven fabric. Twin ducting is designed to interconnect with Mineflat.

Available I.D 800mm, 900mm and 1067mm in 10m and 20m lengths.

Twin Duct is an excellent option in low clearance areas.

Mineflex

As the name “Flex” indicates, this product has a wire spiral helix which provides flexibility and avoids kinking.

The joining mechanism enables connection with Mineflat.

Available in 5m and 10m lengths.
